Xerone IT is a dynamic team of highly skilled, experienced, and professional software engineers with over nine years of expertise in software development. The company was founded by M. M. Konok, an accomplished freelancer and project manager who successfully led numerous large-scale projects while studying Computer Science and Engineering.

Driven by a vision to establish a leading software firm, M. M. Konok pursued his goal with dedication following the completion of his postgraduate studies in 2014. His vision became reality in July 2015 with the establishment of Xerone IT, founded alongside his lifelong friend, classmate, and teammate Al-Amin Jwel, as well as friend, classmate, and exceptional talent, Mostofa Zaman.
