  ContextUS-Bangla Airlines is one of Bangladesh’s leading private airlines and is expanding its flight operations across multiple aircraft types. As part of its growth plans, the airline is seeking qualified and experienced aviation professionals for various flight crew and training positions. The recruitment includes First Officer, Captain, Type Rated Instructor (TRI), Type Rated Examiner (TRE), Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI), and Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) positions for its ATR 72-600, Boeing 737-800, and Airbus A330-300 aircraft fleets. Responsibilities Support the Captain in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the Boeing 737-800 aircraft. Perform First Officer duties in accordance with the company’s Operations Manual, SOPs, and applicable aviation regulations. Carry out assigned pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight responsibilities. Monitor aircraft systems, instruments, flight parameters, and operational conditions throughout each flight. Maintain strong situational awareness and immediately communicate any abnormality or operational concern to the Captain. Assist with flight planning, performance calculations, fuel planning, navigation, and other flight preparations. Conduct assigned radio communications with Air Traffic Control (ATC). Accurately complete aircraft documentation, technical logs, flight records, and other required operational paperwork. Successfully complete required ground training, simulator sessions, proficiency checks, line training, and recurrent training. Maintain all necessary licenses, ratings, medical certificates, and professional qualifications. Stay current and proficient in Boeing 737-800 operating procedures, aircraft systems, limitations, and performance. Participate in company safety programs, training sessions, briefings, and competency development activities.
