Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee records, documentation, and HR database maintenance. Maintain accurate attendance, leave records, and employee personal files in compliance with company policies. Prepare various HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, and separation letters. Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes. Ensure proper documentation throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from joining to exit. Assist in payroll coordination by providing accurate attendance and leave data. Support performance management processes, including KPI/KRA tracking and monitoring. Handle employee queries and facilitate smooth internal communication. Ensure compliance with company policies and Bangladesh Labour Law. Prepare HR reports, maintain HRIS data accuracy, and assist HR leadership in HR analytics. Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
