- Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 BDT per month (Non-negotiable).
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a Half-Day).
- Location: 100% Remote.

The Essentials (Expert Level Required):
- React Native: Deep expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining production-level mobile apps.
- Cross-Platform Strategy: Mastery of shared codebases and platform-specific optimizations for iOS, Android, and Web.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years
The Full-Stack Arsenal (Secondary Requirement):
- Frontend: Expert-level React.js and mastery of TypeScript.
- Backend: Strong proficiency in Node.js.
- Database: Experience designing and managing MongoDB schemas.
- Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
- Architecture: Proven ability to build and scale Microservices.
What you will be doing:
- Architecting Solutions: Designing scalable, maintainable systems that bridge the gap between web and mobile.
- Development: Taking ownership of features from the initial UI component to the final database query.
- Optimizing Performance: Squashing bugs, reducing latency, and ensuring apps are lightning-fast.
- Collaborating: Working closely with design and product teams to turn wireframes into functional code.
