Flight Operations & Aviation Coordination
Manage flight operation activities for scheduled and non-scheduled aircraft movements, including obtaining landing permits, overflight approvals, and operational clearances through relevant aviation authorities and regulatory systems.
Coordinate end-to-end ground handling services, including aircraft parking arrangements, refueling, catering support, crew logistics, and comprehensive trip management operations.
Prepare and submit Air Traffic Control (ATC) flight plans while ensuring timely acquisition of departure and operational clearances.
Facilitate customs, immigration, quarantine, and security clearance processes for arriving and departing flights to ensure smooth operational flow.
Maintain effective communication with Civil Aviation Authorities, Airport Operators, Airlines, Ground Handling Agents, Immigration Offices, Customs Authorities, and other aviation stakeholders to support uninterrupted operations.
Passenger Services & Client Relationship Management
Provide travel coordination and immigration support services for medical tourism patients traveling to international healthcare destinations.
Arrange and oversee patient transportation, airport assistance, and travel logistics for medical referrals to hospitals in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, India, and other international locations.
Deliver premium passenger handling services, including baggage coordination, security facilitation, immigration assistance, and airport support for VIP, VVIP, and CIP travelers.
Coordinate protocol and escort services for distinguished passengers, ensuring seamless movement between airport terminals and aircraft.
Maintain exceptional customer service standards while building strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and operational stakeholders.
Airport Security & Access Control
Administer airport access authorization processes, including issuance, renewal, monitoring, and compliance management of Security Passes (SEC Pass), D Passes, Temporary Access Passes, and other operational permits.
Ensure strict adherence to airport security policies, aviation safety procedures, and access control regulations.
Coordinate with airport security authorities regarding employee access privileges, security compliance, and operational requirements.
Financial Administration & Operational Support
Collaborate with finance and accounts teams regarding operational payments, foreign currency transactions, vendor settlements, and expense management.
Monitor operational expenditures and support cost-control initiatives to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Maintain accurate records of permits, approvals, operational documentation, regulatory clearances, and administrative reports.
Team Leadership & Workforce Management
Lead, mentor, and supervise airport operations personnel to ensure high levels of performance, compliance, and service excellence.
Prepare workforce schedules, shift rosters, and manpower deployment plans to ensure uninterrupted operational coverage.
Conduct employee training, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations to support professional development and operational efficiency.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, customer service excellence, and regulatory compliance throughout the operations team.
Regulatory Compliance & Performance Reporting
Ensure full compliance with Civil Aviation Authority regulations, airport operational standards, customs requirements, immigration policies, and security guidelines.
Prepare operational performance reports, incident investigations, compliance reports, and management updates for senior leadership review.
Monitor operational KPIs, service quality standards, and process effectiveness while implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
