Provide basic care and support to patients as required. Assist physicians in patient care according to their instructions. Monitor and accurately record patients’ vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation. Assist doctors or registered nurses with medication administration and other medical procedures. Respond promptly and provide necessary support during emergency situations. Assist in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and patient-friendly environment in wards and patient cabins. Perform duties in shifts according to the organization’s policies and duty roster.     

Assess, diagnose, and provide appropriate treatment to admitted and emergency patients. Conduct regular ward rounds and closely monitor patients’ clinical conditions. Respond promptly to emergency cases and provide immediate medical care. Take appropriate measures during critical and life-threatening situations. Monitor patients’ vital signs, treatment progress, and response to prescribed medications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, prescriptions, and clinical documentation. Coordinate effectively with Consultants, Senior Medical Officers, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Refer patients to appropriate Consultants or higher-level healthcare facilities whenever necessary. Ensure doctors’ instructions and treatment plans are implemented accurately and on time. Provide patients and attendants with clear guidance regarding treatment, medication, and follow-up care. Ensure proper patient handover along with all relevant clinical information. Supervise basic clinical procedures and assist nursing teams when required. Remain available to respond quickly to medical emergencies within the hospital premises. Maintain professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and high standards of medical care. Follow hospital policies, infection-control measures, and established clinical protocols. Prepare emergency, incident, and other clinical reports as required. Participate in quality improvement programs, patient safety initiatives, and clinical audit activities. Perform other medical duties and responsibilities assigned by the Hospital Administration.

The position focuses on developing strong referral partnerships, expanding patient outreach, and supporting the hospital’s commitment to delivering quality healthcare services. Job Responsibilities Promote Planet Hospital’s specialized medical services, consultants, diagnostic facilities, and treatment options to healthcare professionals. Visit physicians, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare organizations according to the assigned territory plan. Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, referral partners, and key healthcare stakeholders. Introduce the hospital’s advanced medical technologies, diagnostic services, minimally invasive procedures, and specialized healthcare solutions. Generate and strengthen patient referral networks through regular professional engagement. Collect market information on competitors, referral patterns, industry trends, and customer feedback. Prepare and submit daily visit reports, weekly activity summaries, and monthly performance reports. Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to execute promotional and awareness activities. Maintain ethical promotional practices while ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality. Perform any other duties assigned by management to support the hospital’s operational and business objectives.
