Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries promptly through phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a high standard of customer service. Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism across all communication channels. Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Escalate complex issues to the relevant operational teams by following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are resolved satisfactorily and provide timely updates on complaint resolutions. Conduct verification calls to evaluate service quality and monitor the performance of operational teams. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role; fresh graduates meeting the required qualifications are encouraged to apply. Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any discipline. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email and data entry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Prior experience with CRM software or other customer service applications will be considered an added advantage.
