Operate, calibrate, maintain, and properly shut down advanced laboratory instruments and equipment. Collect, receive, label, sort, and prepare various specimens, including blood and urine samples. Perform laboratory procedures and sample preparation in accordance with established protocols. Conduct tests and experiments using appropriate scientific laboratory techniques to accurately assess specimens. Store chemicals, liquids, and compressed gases safely in compliance with laboratory safety guidelines. Accurately document test results and laboratory data using designated forms and submit reports to the authorized consultant. Maintain laboratory equipment and assist with managing and procuring necessary laboratory supplies. Ensure strict compliance with laboratory safety protocols while keeping the work area clean and organized. Stay updated on laboratory practices, procedures, and relevant technical developments through continuous learning and research. Provide training and orientation to newly appointed medical technologists regarding test procedures and result interpretation. Ensure all laboratory tests are performed accurately, efficiently, and within the required timeframe to meet patient and client needs.

Perform X-ray examinations using radiographic equipment accurately, safely, and efficiently. Respond to patient queries, explain technical procedures, and provide appropriate pre-examination instructions. Ensure full compliance with radiation protection and safety standards for both patients and staff. Monitor the availability of radiographic supplies and prepare purchase requisitions when necessary. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and basic checks to ensure X-ray equipment remains in proper working condition. Maintain accurate records of X-ray examinations and images, and assist with the analysis and reporting of results. Follow infection prevention, safety, and departmental protocols, along with performing other duties assigned by management. Provide training and orientation to newly appointed medical technologists on examination procedures and result interpretation. Maintain a professional, respectful, and patient-friendly attitude at all times. Ensure proper cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of X-ray equipment and the surrounding work area.
