Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally, ensuring effective communication with customers and stakeholders. Provide prompt and efficient customer support through both online and offline channels, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues. Collect, organize, and maintain data from various online sources while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required to support daily business activities. Maintain proper records and documentation of customer interactions, communications, and assigned tasks. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and operational requirements. Perform any other official duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Develop and prepare educational materials, including worksheets, lesson plans, flashcards, classroom activities, and other learning resources to support effective English language instruction. Conduct engaging, interactive, and learner-centered English classes that promote language development and student participation. Review, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on students’ assignments, scripts, written exercises, and academic work to enhance learning outcomes. Deliver training sessions on spoken English, public speaking, communication skills, and presentation techniques to build students’ confidence and fluency. Organize and facilitate storytelling sessions and interactive activities designed to improve listening, speaking, comprehension, and creative thinking skills. Assess student performance regularly through tests, assignments, classroom participation, and other evaluation methods. Monitor individual student progress and provide timely feedback, recommendations, and performance reports to parents and management. Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and learning programs. Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages active learning and personal development.
