Plan and organize Royal Enfield customer rides, group rides, and riding events. Develop ride routes, schedules, meeting locations, checkpoints, and necessary pre-ride arrangements. Communicate with customers about ride schedules, registration, routes, timings, and participation requirements. Handle ride registrations, maintain participant lists, record attendance, and manage basic event documentation. Conduct pre-ride briefings covering routes, riding discipline, safety guidelines, and emergency procedures. Coordinate participants throughout group rides to ensure safe and smooth movement of the riding group. Provide basic navigation and route assistance during rides and coordinate with support teams whenever necessary. Assist with Royal Enfield dealership events, product launches, customer engagement programs, and community activities. Coordinate photography, videography, and social media content related to rides in collaboration with the Brand & Marketing team. Gather customer feedback and conduct post-event follow-ups to enhance future riding experiences. Maintain accurate ride trackers, participant databases, activity reports, and post-event records. Coordinate effectively with dealerships, vendors, internal departments, and members of the riding community to ensure successful event execution. Ensure all rides and events follow Royal Enfield riding guidelines, event procedures, and applicable safety standards. Remain available to work on weekends and public holidays when required for rides and other events. Be willing to travel extensively throughout Bangladesh for Royal Enfield rides, events, dealership activities, launches, customer engagement programs, and other brand initiatives. Maintain detailed rideout tracking records and work toward ensuring that a targeted percentage of participants in each rideout are new customers.
