✔ বিভিন্ন ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠান, দোকান, শোরুম, রেস্টুরেন্ট, ফার্মেসি এবং অন্যান্য প্রতিষ্ঠানে নিয়মিত field visit করে Glorious IT-এর software ও IT services সম্পর্কে professional presentation প্রদান করা।✔ সম্ভাব্য clients-এর কাছে কোম্পানির software solutions, website development services, এবং অন্যান্য IT services কার্যকরভাবে উপস্থাপন করা।✔ নতুন business clients ও qualified leads খুঁজে বের করা এবং নিয়মিত follow-up করে sales opportunities তৈরি করা।✔ Glorious POS, Business Accounting Software এবং অন্যান্য software solutions-এর features, benefits ও business value সম্পর্কে clients-কে বিস্তারিতভাবে বোঝানো।✔ সম্ভাব্য clients-এর business requirements ও operational needs বুঝে উপযুক্ত software solutions সুপারিশ করা।✔ Client meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations এবং sales closing-এ সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করা।✔ দৈনিক field visits, leads, client meetings, follow-ups এবং sales activities-এর accurate report প্রস্তুত ও জমা দেওয়া।✔ নতুন market, business locations এবং সম্ভাব্য customer segments সম্পর্কে তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও বিশ্লেষণ করা।✔ Existing ও potential customers-এর সঙ্গে professional customer relationships বজায় রাখা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Sales ও Support Teams-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করা।✔ কোম্পানির business objectives অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন marketing and sales activities-এ অংশগ্রহণ করা।✔ নির্ধারিত monthly sales targets অর্জনের জন্য কার্যকরভাবে কাজ করা।

✔ Provide software and hardware support to clients through phone, remote assistance, and on-site visits as required.✔ Deliver post-sales software training and technical support to clients to ensure effective product adoption and usage.✔ Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues promptly and provide effective solutions.✔ Collaborate with Development, QA/Testing, and Operations Teams to identify issues and improve product reliability and performance.✔ Provide timely technical support to clients and internal teams through phone calls, remote support tools, and on-site assistance.✔ Research and analyze competitors’ products, features, benefits, limitations, pricing, and market performance to identify business and product improvement opportunities.✔ Conduct virtual and physical meetings with prospective clients to present and promote software solutions and generate sales opportunities.✔ Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients and understand their technical and business requirements.✔ Maintain and use a personal laptop or PC for work-related activities as required.✔ Submit daily reports to Top Management regarding client support, sales activities, visits, and other assigned tasks.✔ Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
