Edu Abroad Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Visa Counselor specializing in Student and Visit Visas. The selected candidate will guide students and travelers throughout the visa and overseas education process, providing accurate information and professional support to help them achieve their study and travel goals. Key Responsibilities ✔ Counsel prospective applicants regarding suitable Study and Immigration/Visit Visa programs, based on their academic background, travel plans, eligibility, and requirements. ✔ Provide accurate information about visa opportunities, eligibility criteria, rules, regulations, application procedures, and processing requirements. ✔ Assist clients throughout the complete visa application process, including document preparation, application submission, and visa interview preparation. ✔ Support students with university selection, applications, admission procedures, and scholarship-related information. ✔ Guide students through the student visa application process and provide comprehensive pre-departure guidance. ✔ Review client documents and ensure applications are prepared accurately and according to relevant requirements. ✔ Maintain strong and professional relationships with immigration clients, students, parents, and internal stakeholders. ✔ Follow up regularly with prospective clients and applicants to ensure timely completion of applications and required documentation. ✔ Work toward achieving individual and team enrolment/sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. ✔ Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and application records in the CRM system. ✔ Prepare regular sales, counselling, application, and performance reports for management. ✔ Stay updated on changes in visa policies, admission requirements, immigration procedures, and overseas education opportunities to provide reliable guidance to clients.
