Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technology while exploring the practical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in business processes and software applications. The role involves business analysis, functional documentation, AI-assisted development, workflow automation, testing, and continuous exploration of emerging AI technologies, particularly within the banking and financial services sector.  Key Responsibilities ✔ Communicate with customers, stakeholders, and business users to understand, gather, and analyze business requirements ✔ Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), use cases, process flows, user stories, and other functional documentation ✔ Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation ✔ Work closely with software developers and technical teams to translate business requirements into clear and effective functional solutions ✔ Explore and utilize AI tools and platforms to improve business processes, productivity, operational efficiency, and application development ✔ Develop and support AI-assisted tools, prototypes, workflow automation, and internal applications using modern AI technologies ✔ Use AI coding assistants and development tools to build, modify, debug, test, and improve software applications under appropriate technical guidance ✔ Explore and gain practical knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and API-based AI solutions ✔ Identify repetitive or manual business activities that can be automated using AI and recommend practical solutions to improve operational efficiency ✔ Support the integration of AI-powered features and solutions into existing or new software applications ✔ Perform functional testing and validate developed applications and solutions against approved business and functional requirements ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, clarify requirements, and ensure successful solution delivery ✔ Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry trends ✔ Evaluate the practical application of AI technologies within banking and financial services and recommend suitable use cases and solutions ✔ Perform any other business analysis, AI research, application development, testing, or related responsibilities assigned by management

Job Context The selected professional will contribute to the Technical Product & Solution Design function while gaining practical, hands-on exposure to installation, support, and maintenance activities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role will provide strong technical grounding and progressively prepare the incumbent to independently lead end-to-end solution design and pre-sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities Technical Solution Design & Pre-Sales ✔ Design end-to-end technical solution architectures aligned with customer requirements, business objectives, and industry best practices. ✔ Prepare and present technical proposals, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), High-Level Designs (HLDs), and solution architecture diagrams. ✔ Conduct technical demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements, and solution validation workshops for clients and stakeholders. ✔ Support RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, including technical compliance, assumptions, solution differentiators, and technical documentation. ✔ Ensure proposed solutions comply with product lifecycle status, licensing models, warranty requirements, SLAs, and applicable regulatory standards. OEM & Technology Collaboration ✔ Collaborate with OEMs, technology partners, and solution providers across infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud technology domains. ✔ Analyze OEM and competitor solutions, pricing structures, product capabilities, and commercial models to develop competitive technical proposals. ✔ Continuously research and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Business Development & Client Engagement ✔ Conduct market research to identify potential solution components, technologies, and opportunities aligned with customer requirements. ✔ Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, solution providers, technology partners, and strategic collaborations. ✔ Support sales activities through client meetings, technical presentations, solution demonstrations, reference materials, and proposal preparation. ✔ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales opportunities, activities, and follow-ups within the CRM system. ✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive, timely, and value-driven communication. ✔ Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business growth and client-retention strategies. Operational & Technical Exposure ✔ Participate in hands-on installation, technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities to validate solution feasibility, performance, and supportability. ✔ Work closely with Delivery, Operations, Engineering, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from solution design to implementation. ✔ Support technical teams during implementation to ensure the delivered solution aligns with the approved architecture, specifications, and customer requirements.
