We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Officer to manage daily accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support the company's retail outlets and manufacturing operations through effective financial reporting and compliance. Key Responsibilities Perform daily reconciliation of sales, cash, card, and Mobile Financial Services (MFS) transactions across all retail outlets. Maintain accurate accounting records for factory operations, including raw material costs, manufacturing expenses, payroll, and overhead costs. Monitor inventory valuation, stock movement, and variance analysis to ensure accurate inventory accounting. Prepare and process payroll for factory and office employees while ensuring timely salary disbursement and statutory compliance. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice verification, vendor payments, customer collections, and account reconciliations. Verify, record, and monitor daily operational expenses for both factory and retail outlets. Handle daily banking activities, including bank deposits, bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and petty cash management. Assist the Finance Manager in preparing monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and other management reports. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Tax, VAT, and other regulatory requirements related to retail sales, procurement, and manufacturing operations. Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. Support internal and external audits by providing required financial information and documentation. Assist in strengthening accounting systems, financial controls, and reporting processes to improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely financial reporting and smooth business operations. Perform any other accounting and finance-related responsibilities assigned by management.

We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Fashion Designer to lead the brand’s design direction, develop innovative collections, and create products that reflect Colourrose’s identity while meeting customer expectations and market trends. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall creative direction of the brand and strengthen Colourrose’s product identity through innovative fashion design. Design and develop seasonal collections aligned with current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and brand positioning. Create design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and style directions for new collections. Research global fashion trends, fabrics, silhouettes, fits, and competitor products to develop commercially successful designs. Select appropriate fabrics, trims, accessories, and embellishments to ensure product quality and aesthetic appeal. Prepare detailed technical packs (Tech Packs), specifications, and design documentation for production. Collaborate closely with sourcing, merchandising, and production teams to ensure accurate sampling and timely product development. Supervise sample development, garment fittings, revisions, and final production approvals to maintain design integrity. Coordinate with branding, marketing, styling, and photoshoot teams to ensure consistent visual presentation of collections. Monitor product quality throughout the development process and recommend improvements where necessary. Ensure timely completion and launch of seasonal collections according to production and marketing schedules. Stay updated with emerging fashion trends, consumer insights, and industry innovations to drive continuous product development. Perform any other design-related responsibilities assigned by management.
