Job Context: Civic Real Estate Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive - Land to support the company's land acquisition, documentation, and legal processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, landowners, legal advisors, and government offices to ensure smooth execution of land-related activities while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in land acquisition, verification, and documentation processes. Coordinate land registration, mutation, survey, and title verification activities. Prepare, organize, and maintain land-related legal documents and records. Liaise with government offices, land registry offices, survey departments, and other relevant authorities as required. Conduct preliminary due diligence on land ownership and legal status before acquisition. Support the negotiation process with landowners and other stakeholders. Monitor the progress of land-related legal and administrative procedures and ensure timely completion. Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documents in both Bangla and English. Maintain accurate digital and physical records of land documents. Assist the management team with any other land administration and legal support tasks as assigned.
