China Northeast Electric Power Engineering & Services Co., Ltd. (NEPCS) provides operation and maintenance services, technical consultancy, and engineering support for power plants outside mainland China. The company focuses on gas turbine combined cycle, HFO combined cycle, conventional thermal power plants, and renewable energy projects. Since December 2014, NEPCS has served as the O&M provider for Summit Power International, including the 341 MW Summit Bibiyana Gas-Fired Combined Cycle Power Plant, the largest operating power block in Bangladesh. NEPCS delivers EPC services, power plant construction, commissioning, and O&M planning and budgeting. The company also offers technical training, on-the-job learning, and power plant technology education. NEPCS plans to expand further across high-demand Asian markets, including Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Iraq.
