Candidates should possess strong Business Development and Sales skills to support membership growth and revenue-generating initiatives.Candidates should possess experience in Sales Operations and Customer Service to manage member accounts efficiently and ensure a high standard of stakeholder support.Candidates should possess proven Team Management capabilities to guide accounting staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain collaborative workflows.Candidates should possess solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel), along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Bangla language skills are an advantage.Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA) are highly beneficial.Candidates should possess prior experience in chamber, association, non-profit, or corporate finance roles; experience in international trade or business organizations is a plus.
