ALLTEX INDUSTRIES LIMITED

Alltex Industries Limited, established in 1986, is a leading Bangladeshi home textile manufacturer and exporter, affiliated with the Bastu Shilip Group. The company made its first export to Europe in 1992 and has since become one of the country’s top home textile exporters.

Its factory, located in Barpa, Ariabo, Rupgonj, Narayanganj (25 km from Dhaka), spans 300,000 sq. ft. and is equipped with modern European printing, dyeing, and fabric processing machinery, producing 3 million meters per month. The facility includes a state-of-the-art lab and a biological effluent treatment plant, reflecting a commitment to quality and sustainability.

Alltex produces a wide range of home textile products, including bed sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases, duvets, curtains, tablecloths, cushion covers, and shower curtains, specializing in both pigment and reactive printed and dyed fabrics.

The company is publicly listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (ALLTEX) and is led by CEO Fahim Uddin Ahmad Arif. It employs approximately 91 staff and maintains offices in Narayanganj (factory) and Banani, Dhaka (correspondence office).
