Develop and implement growth strategies for marketplaces and D2C channels to achieve GMV and profit targets. Manage product listings, specifications, pricing, variants, inventory synchronization, and returns/RMA processes. Plan and execute major e-commerce campaigns, flash deals, promotional bundles, and discount offers. Maintain strong relationships with marketplace KAMs to secure premium visibility, brand promotions, and campaign opportunities. Coordinate warranty claims, technical support, returns, and replacement processes to ensure a smooth after-sales experience. Improve product pages with engaging visuals, videos, feature highlights, SEO-friendly content, and marketplace keyword strategies. Manage last-mile delivery operations with 3PL/courier partners for safe and efficient handling of electronic products. Monitor and optimize key e-commerce KPIs, including conversion rate, AOV, SKU performance, return rate, CAC, and inventory turnover.

To support the continued expansion of our distribution operations, we are seeking a capable and dedicated Depot In-Charge to oversee the overall depot activities, ensure smooth product distribution, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures. Key Responsibilities Ensure the timely delivery of products based on customer orders and approved delivery routes. Oversee inventory management and monitor Store Officers to ensure accurate stock records in accordance with company guidelines. Arrange delivery vehicles when required, subject to proper approval, while ensuring cost-effective transportation. Ensure the proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and SOPs throughout depot operations. Maintain the safety and security of the depot, including inventory, cash, and other company assets, while monitoring the attendance and performance of security personnel. Deposit sales proceeds at the designated bank branch within the applicable Cash-in-Transit Insurance limits and conduct monthly bank reconciliations. Review and verify petty cash expenses, ensure timely submission of bills to the Head Office, and ensure proper utilization of sales proceeds. Ensure the appropriate segregation, storage, and disposal of expired or damaged products in accordance with company procedures. Optimize delivery schedules and ensure the effective utilization of available manpower and vehicles. Keep customer information updated in the SDMS system to facilitate efficient service and communication. Meet assigned KPIs and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in overall depot performance.

Develop territory-wise sales plans and consistently achieve monthly secondary sales targets. Monitor Sales Representatives (SRs) and evaluate their sales performance regularly. Manage distributors effectively and ensure timely product availability across the assigned territory. Analyze sales data and prepare accurate performance reports.
