Videographer

• Hands-on experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras in manual mode, with a strong understanding of exposure, ISO, white balance, and focus control.

• Knowledge of basic lighting techniques, shot composition, camera stabilization, and audio recording using external microphones.

• Familiarity with creating content for multiple platforms, including vertical and widescreen video formats.

• Reliable, punctual, and confident in directing subjects while consistently following brand guidelines during shoots.

• Video editing skills are not required, as post-production is handled by a dedicated in-house editing team.

• Experience in drone operation and photography is considered an added advantage.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Videographer to capture high-quality video content for the company's office activities and business initiatives. The role is focused exclusively on filming, with all camera equipment provided by the company, while post-production and video editing are managed by the in-house editing team.

Location: Bangladesh (office-based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operated company-provided camera equipment to capture high-quality footage for office events, interviews, product showcases, and promotional campaigns.

• Set up basic lighting and ensured proper framing, composition, and visual quality for both indoor and outdoor shoots.

• Recorded clear audio using external microphones and other supporting equipment when required.

• Coordinated with the team to plan shot lists and filming schedules prior to each production.

• Organized and transferred raw video footage efficiently to the editing team for post-production.

• Maintained, handled, and ensured the proper care of all company-provided camera equipment.
