Additional Requirements
- Strong practical expertise in Veterinary Medicine and Livestock Management.
- Sound knowledge of disease diagnosis, prevention, vaccination, and overall animal health management.
- Familiarity with Poultry, Dairy, and Livestock farming practices will be considered an added advantage.
- Ability to provide clear, practical, and effective guidance to farmers and business clients.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate complex veterinary and technical information in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Good knowledge of animal nutrition, farm hygiene, sanitation, and biosecurity practices.
- Willingness and ability to conduct field visits and provide practical on-site solutions and recommendations.
- Demonstrated professional integrity, accountability, and commitment to ethical practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills within the Agro and Livestock industry.
- Willingness to participate in occasional field visits, farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and training programs.
Responsibilities & Context

Provide professional veterinary consultation and technical advice on livestock and animal-health matters.

Examine animals and diagnose diseases and health conditions.

Advise farmers and customers on animal health, disease prevention, vaccination and farm management.

Conduct farm visits when required and provide practical recommendations based on field conditions.

Support the company in identifying and evaluating livestock and animal-health business opportunities.

Provide technical guidance on relevant agro, livestock and veterinary products.

Support the Sales & Marketing team with accurate technical information and product knowledge.

Conduct technical sessions or training for sales personnel, dealers, distributors and customers when required.

Assist in developing effective animal-health and farm-management solutions for customers.

Monitor livestock health concerns and provide recommendations regarding biosecurity and disease prevention.

Maintain professional relationships with farm owners, farmers, dealers, distributors and veterinary professionals.

Provide technical input for product selection, positioning, marketing communication and customer education.

Prepare professional recommendations, reports or technical opinions when required by management.

Maintain professional standards and ensure that veterinary advice provided to customers is ethical, practical and evidence-based.
