Telemarketing Executive (International Clients)

✔ Age: 18 to 35 years.
✔ Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
✔ Excellent spoken English is mandatory, with clear and understandable pronunciation.
✔ Ability to communicate naturally and confidently with international clients over the phone.
✔ Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and conversation skills.
✔ Comfortable initiating conversations with unfamiliar prospects and maintaining professional business discussions.
✔ Basic knowledge of computers, internet browsing, email, MS Excel, and other common online tools.
✔ Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong target-oriented mindset.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
✔ Previous experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, International Call Center, or Sales will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities | প্রধান দায়িত্ব

আপনার মূল দায়িত্ব হবে international prospects-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করা, আমাদের services সম্পর্কে উপস্থাপন করা এবং নতুন business opportunities তৈরি করা।

✔ USA, UK ও European clients-এর কাছে outbound calls করা।
✔ Professional ও confident English communication-এর মাধ্যমে company services উপস্থাপন করা।
✔ নতুন potential clients এবং qualified leads খুঁজে বের করা।
✔ Prospective clients-এর requirements ও business needs বুঝে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা।
✔ Interested prospects-এর সাথে নিয়মিত follow-up করা।
✔ Potential clients-এর সাথে appointment ও business meetings schedule করা।
✔ নতুন sales এবং business development opportunities তৈরি করা।
✔ Potential ও existing clients-এর সাথে দীর্ঘমেয়াদি professional relationships গড়ে তোলা।
✔ Daily calls, leads, follow-ups এবং client information Excel/CRM-এ সঠিকভাবে update ও maintain করা।
✔ Client questions, basic inquiries এবং service-related queries professionalভাবে handle করা।
✔ Sales & Marketing Team-এর সাথে সমন্বয় করে sales activities পরিচালনা করা।
✔ Daily, Weekly এবং Monthly performance targets অর্জনের জন্য কার্যকরভাবে কাজ করা।
