Responsibilities & Context
* Monitor the surveillance activities of all offices and branches through CCTV cameras, and regularly ensure that all surveillance equipment, data records, and connections are functioning properly.
* Monitor business activities to ensure they are conducted according to company policies and regulations, and carry out scheduled routine inspections across all offices.
* Prepare various daily reports and submit them to the appropriate company authorities, while also following up on and investigating complaints and issues when necessary.
* Immediately report any unusual, suspicious, or unethical activities and recommend effective solutions to prevent security gaps.
* Guide employees regarding the interpretation and implementation of company policies and support ethical practices within the organization.
* Maintain regular communication with branch representatives and handle incoming calls related to company products and services. Visit branches when necessary to address surveillance-related issues.
* Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
