Experience Requirements
5+ years of professional software development experience.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Go (Golang).
Proven experience building microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
Strong understanding of concurrency, performance optimization, and scalable system design.
Additional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is preferred.
Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is a plus.
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Go (Golang).
Architect and implement scalable microservices and API-driven solutions.
Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.
Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Integrate third-party APIs, services, and internal systems.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, security, and testing.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical decision-making.
Skills & Expertise
Strong expertise in Go (Golang) programming.
In-depth knowledge of concurrent programming, including goroutines and channels.
Proficiency in API development, microservices, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and related frameworks.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
Understanding of networking concepts such as REST, gRPC, WebSockets, caching, and load balancing.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack) is an added advantage.
