Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager, Data Analyst

Age between 26 and 35 years.

1–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or service industries.

Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, data analysis, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Knowledge of statistical analysis and basic machine learning or AI concepts is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of business KPIs, performance analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Collected, cleaned, validated, and managed data from ERP, CRM, sales, marketing, and operational systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Analyzed large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that supported business growth, cost optimization, and operational improvement.

Designed and maintained dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers using BI tools, while preparing regular analytical reports for management.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to support KPI monitoring, forecasting, performance evaluation, and strategic decision-making.

Developed data governance standards, reporting frameworks, SOPs, and ensured compliance with data security and internal policies.
