Senior Social Media Manager

Job Context

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the company's digital presence and social media marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven social media strategies, managing paid and organic campaigns, generating qualified leads, strengthening brand awareness, and leading a high-performing creative team.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing, branding, and sales objectives.

✔ Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.

✔ Lead the overall content strategy by collaborating with Designers, Video Editors, Photographers, Script Writers, and Copywriters to produce engaging, high-quality, and performance-driven content.

✔ Develop and manage monthly content calendars, campaign schedules, promotional plans, and digital marketing roadmaps.

✔ Drive qualified lead generation through data-driven digital marketing campaigns while continuously improving conversion performance.

✔ Manage and optimize advertising campaigns using Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other marketing platforms.

✔ Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, audience insights, website traffic, and ROI, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

✔ Build and protect the company's online reputation by ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, reviews, comments, and messages across all digital channels.

✔ Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithm updates, AI-powered marketing tools, and emerging technologies to improve campaign performance.

✔ Work closely with the Sales, Creative, Branding, CRM, Business Development, and Management teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.

✔ Supervise, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the Social Media and Digital Marketing Team while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting project deadlines.

✔ Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and audience behavior analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.

✔ Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, campaign analyses, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for Management.

✔ Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI) and optimize customer acquisition costs.

✔ Perform any other digital marketing, branding, social media, or business growth responsibilities assigned by Management.
