Teaching and Learning:
Lead the planning, development, and delivery of courses at various levels, including newly introduced subjects.
Ensure course materials are regularly updated, aligned with curriculum requirements, and enriched with practical, real-world applications.
Apply innovative, student-centered, and inclusive teaching strategies to enhance classroom engagement.
Oversee complex student projects, hands-on sessions, and educational tours.
Design, administer, and assess examinations while upholding academic integrity and transparency.
Provide constructive academic feedback and guide students in achieving their academic and career aspirations.
Promote equal opportunities and inclusive learning through responsible teaching practices.
Student & Staff Counselling:
Act as a Senior Mentor for students and junior faculty.
Offer initial guidance on both academic and personal concerns faced by students.
Identify student challenges and coordinate with management to facilitate appropriate support.
Mentor and assist colleagues to strengthen performance and academic contributions.
Administrative Leadership & Impact:
Handle and resolve academic and administrative issues within the department.
Contribute to strategic planning for new programs and academic initiatives.
Advise the Principal on enhancing teaching methods, student involvement, and overall institutional development.
Drive curriculum improvements and strategic academic advancements that align with DIC’s mission.
