Responsibilities & Context

Post and process daily financial transactions through the bank portal.

Record and update daily transactions accurately in SAP.

Perform regular supplier ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

Manage and maintain the bill tracking system to ensure timely payment processing.

Conduct bank reconciliation related to supplier payments and verify transaction accuracy.

Prepare daily budget schedules and coordinate with the Treasury team for fund requisitions.

Share detailed payment information with the SCM department and relevant stakeholders for proper coordination and record-keeping.
