Senior Executive, Business Development

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Business Development to join our team. The main focus of this role is to bring in new corporate clients, pitch event management and branding solutions, and manage client accounts to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and secure new corporate accounts for events, brand activations, and branding projects.

• Sales Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly agency revenue targets.

• Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understand their briefs, and manage ongoing projects.

• Proposals & Pitches: Prepare detailed proposals, pitch decks, and budget estimates in coordination with creative and execution teams.

• Negotiation: Handle commercial discussions and finalize contracts with corporate decision-makers.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Service at an event management or branding agency.

• Corporate Network: Existing contacts with corporate brand managers, marketing heads, or HR/procurement teams.

• Sales Skills: Proven track record of closing B2B sales deals.

• Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
