Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing & Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting and selling our software solutions, mobile applications, and digital marketing services. The role involves lead generation through both company-provided leads and personal networks, active market visits, and closing sales through multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads through personal networks, digital platforms, and field marketing activities.

Promote and sell software solutions, mobile applications, and digital marketing services to prospective clients.

Conduct market visits, client meetings, online presentations, and product demonstrations.

Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand client requirements and propose customized software and digital solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and promotional materials.

Execute digital marketing and sales plans, including SEO, SEM, SMM, and inbound/outbound lead generation strategies.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis; report insights and sales performance to management.

Prepare and present technical sales proposals and clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.

Coordinate with technical teams to address client queries and ensure smooth solution delivery.

Maintain and update prospect databases; follow up through calls, emails, and digital platforms.

Track sales activities, prepare regular reports, and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.

Collect client feedback to support product improvement and enhance customer experience.
