  • Age between 25 and 45 years.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with ICT training or a background in software/technology.

  • Experience working with software companies, IT-enabled service providers, or marketing service agencies.

  • Practical knowledge of digital marketing, including ad campaigns, SEM, SMM, and branding.

  • Understanding of graphics design, content creation, web design & development, and company profile preparation.

  • Sound knowledge of IT/software products, solutions, and management systems.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

  • Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients.

  • Experience in client hunting, corporate sales, software sales & marketing, and e-commerce sales.

 
 

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing & Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting and selling our software solutions, mobile applications, and digital marketing services. The role involves lead generation through both company-provided leads and personal networks, active market visits, and closing sales through multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads through personal networks, digital platforms, and field marketing activities.

  • Promote and sell software solutions, mobile applications, and digital marketing services to prospective clients.

  • Conduct market visits, client meetings, online presentations, and product demonstrations.

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Understand client requirements and propose customized software and digital solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and promotional materials.

  • Execute digital marketing and sales plans, including SEO, SEM, SMM, and inbound/outbound lead generation strategies.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis; report insights and sales performance to management.

  • Prepare and present technical sales proposals and clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.

  • Coordinate with technical teams to address client queries and ensure smooth solution delivery.

  • Maintain and update prospect databases; follow up through calls, emails, and digital platforms.

  • Track sales activities, prepare regular reports, and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Collect client feedback to support product improvement and enhance customer experience.
