Experience

✔ 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
✔ Experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, or related industries will be an added advantage.
✔ Freshers are also encouraged to apply if they possess strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.

Shantinibash Properties Ltd. is seeking energetic, confident, smart, and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate projects while building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Job Responsibilities

✔ Generate new sales leads and identify potential buyers through various channels.

✔ Contact prospective clients and provide clear and detailed information about the company's residential and commercial projects, apartments, plots, and facilities.

✔ Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers through phone calls, meetings, social media, and other digital platforms.

✔ Arrange and conduct project and site visits for interested clients and provide necessary project information.

✔ Work proactively to achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

✔ Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.

✔ Understand customers' requirements, preferences, and budgets and recommend suitable property options accordingly.

✔ Handle customer queries regarding project specifications, pricing, payment schedules, facilities, construction progress, and handover timelines.

✔ Participate in promotional campaigns, property fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and other marketing activities to generate leads and increase sales.

✔ Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, property demand, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

✔ Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, meetings, site visits, and sales activities.

✔ Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.

✔ Perform any other Sales & Marketing-related duties assigned by the management.
