Responsibilities & Context
MARKS Hospital is seeking polite, organized, and customer-focused individuals to join its front-desk team as Receptionists. The successful candidates will act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm, professional, and efficient experience while ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously and professionally.

Answer and direct phone calls; handle inquiries efficiently.

Maintain patient registration records and appointment schedules.
