Additional Requirements
✔ Age: 22 to 29 years.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. The educational requirement may be relaxed for candidates with strong relevant professional experience.
✔ Practical experience in front-end web development, primarily using React.js.
✔ Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
✔ Hands-on experience with Redux/Context API, React Router, and RESTful API integration.
✔ Familiarity with TypeScript, Git, Webpack, Vite, or other modern development tools will be an advantage.
✔ Experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs, including Axios/Fetch, request/response interceptors, pagination, caching, and data-fetching libraries such as React Query, RTK Query, or SWR.
✔ Good understanding of front-end authentication and authorization, including JWT, refresh-token rotation, OAuth2/OIDC, and role-based route/component protection.
✔ Strong awareness of front-end security practices, including XSS/CSRF prevention, secure token storage, input sanitization/validation, and safe handling of environment variables and secrets.
✔ Experience with React performance optimization and code quality, including lazy loading, code splitting, memoization (useMemo/useCallback), custom hooks, and testing with Jest/React Testing Library.
✔ Familiarity with CI/CD fundamentals, environment-based builds, and deploying React applications using HTTPS with appropriate CORS and CSP configurations.
✔ Clear understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
✔ Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users and stakeholders.
✔ Comfortable working in a dynamic, research-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
✔ Professional certification in React or Front-End Web Development will be considered an added advantage.
✔ Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
✔ Positive, proactive, and continuous-learning attitude with a strong willingness to explore new technologies.
