Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee software development projects for global clients, with a primary focus on Japan-based partners. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of web, mobile, and enterprise solutions.
Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 or above) is required. Remote or hybrid work options are available, with full-time or part-time flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and quality standards.

Gather and clarify client requirements, translating them into clear project plans and deliverables.

Coordinate with developers, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams to track progress and resolve issues.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Use project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.) to monitor tasks, milestones, and deadlines.

Identify project risks or delays and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Maintain regular communication with Japanese and international clients, providing status updates and reports.

Ensure all project documentation and deliverables meet internal standards.

Recommend and support continuous improvement of workflows and processes.
