Officer/Jr. Officer, CCTV Monitoring

• Strong understanding of CCTV surveillance, monitoring systems, and security operations.

Ziska Pharmaceuticals Limited, a reputed pharmaceutical company in Bangladesh, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Officer/Jr. Officer – CCTV Monitoring for its newly launched ventures, including Fair Price Super Market, Family Food Village Restaurant, Nimantran Convention Center, and Skylight Rooftop Restaurant. The selected candidate will be responsible for centralized CCTV surveillance of the entire premises to ensure security, safety, operational discipline, and prompt reporting of any suspicious or unusual activities.

Job Location: Shofipur, Gazipur

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras across all floors, entrances, exits, customer zones, parking areas, service areas, storage spaces, and other critical locations.
• Conduct continuous surveillance to identify theft, unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, safety hazards, operational irregularities, and security violations.
• Monitor the movement of customers, employees, visitors, and other individuals while ensuring compliance with established security and operational procedures.
• Promptly report suspicious activities, accidents, theft, property damage, security breaches, or other unusual incidents to the Administration/Security In-charge.
• Maintain accurate records of CCTV observations, security incidents, unusual activities, and reported abnormalities.
• Review, search, and retrieve CCTV footage whenever required for investigations, incident verification, complaint resolution, or management review.
• Regularly check the operational status of CCTV cameras, monitors, recording devices, storage systems, and other surveillance equipment, and immediately report any technical issues.
• Coordinate with security personnel and relevant operational teams to ensure prompt action on incidents identified through CCTV monitoring.
• Monitor the opening and closing activities of the premises and ensure that established security procedures are properly followed.
• Closely monitor cash-handling areas, entrances and exits, loading/unloading zones, storage areas, and other sensitive locations as instructed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of CCTV footage and ensure that recorded information is accessed, shared, or disclosed only with proper authorization.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CCTV monitoring reports, incident reports, and other required surveillance documentation.
• Maintain proper records of footage requests, reported incidents, investigation findings, and follow-up actions.
• Assist management in investigating customer complaints, employee-related incidents, theft, loss, property damage, and other security concerns using relevant CCTV footage.
• Ensure proper shift handover by communicating important observations, incidents, pending investigations, and security concerns to the incoming CCTV monitoring personnel.
• Perform any other CCTV monitoring, surveillance, security, or related responsibilities assigned by management.
