Marketing / Sales Executive

Job Context:
Europial BD Limited, a German-Bangladeshi joint venture engaged in manufacturing premium-quality pickles, sauces, and powdered food products for both export and local markets, is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to support business expansion and strengthen the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other potential customers to promote company products and generate sales.

✔ Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory through effective customer engagement and relationship management.

✔ Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in local markets.

✔ Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

✔ Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns and boosted posts within the approved marketing budget.

✔ Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media and digital platforms.

✔ Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality promotional materials, product photos, and videos.

✔ Track social media performance, audience engagement, page growth, and online sales leads, and recommend improvements.

✔ Support offline marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, merchandising, and brand activation activities.

✔ Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information from both retail outlets and digital channels.

✔ Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while ensuring timely order collection, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.

✔ Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, customer visit reports, and social media performance reports for management.

✔ Monitor product availability, maintain attractive product displays at retail outlets, and assist in inventory coordination.

✔ Perform any other sales and marketing responsibilities assigned by the management.
