- Proven experience in ERP implementation, project management, and business process improvement.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Sound knowledge of SQL Server/MySQL, networking, server administration, virtualization, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in digital transformation and business automation initiatives is an added advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications such as ERP, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, SAP, or Information Security will receive preference.
Responsibilities & Context

Lead the implementation, customization, integration, and optimization of ERP systems across multiple business functions.

Coordinated with software vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful ERP implementation and user adoption.

Analyzed business processes, managed data migration, and recommended ERP-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Directed IT strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and supervised the IT & MIS team to achieve organizational objectives.

Developed and enforced IT policies, information security standards, and ensured the reliability of servers, networks, cloud services, email systems, CCTV, and other IT infrastructure.

Managed IT assets, hardware, software, and networking equipment while supporting business intelligence, MIS reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Collaborated with cross-functional departments to maximize ERP utilization, improve business processes, and resolve critical IT and ERP issues.

Implemented cybersecurity measures, backup and disaster recovery plans, managed IT budgets, vendor relationships, and evaluated emerging technologies to support business growth.
