  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Supply Chain Management.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management.

  • A Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be given preference.

  • Foreign qualifications related to supply chain management will also be preferred.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the entire supply chain process, from planning to execution, to enhance internal efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for both local and international sourcing.

  • Manage the selection and sourcing process for local and global suppliers.

  • Negotiate international contracts, including pricing agreements and Incoterms.

  • Communicate with overseas suppliers to resolve issues related to order status, quality, and shipments.

  • Design and execute cost-effective procurement strategies that align with business goals.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create accurate demand forecasts.

  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure they meet company standards.

  • Manage sourcing risks and ensure the timely availability of materials.

  • Supervise order processing, pricing, and customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

  • Work closely with production planning to ensure supply chain objectives are aligned with operations.

  • Ensure production meets demand while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues that may impact supply chain flow.

  • Create strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce inventory holding costs.

  • Perform regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy.

  • Utilize inventory management systems to track and manage stock movements.

  • Coordinate with production teams to forecast and plan for inventory requirements.

  • Stay updated with market trends and adjust procurement strategies as necessary
