Manager (Sales)

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial product sales.

• Candidates must have an engineering background with proven experience in marketing and sales of industrial or electrical products.

• Prior experience in selling Transformer Substations, Busbar Trunking Systems (BBT), Distribution Boards (DB), or other electrical power solutions will be considered a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and business development within the industrial sector.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to interpret technical drawings will be preferred.

• Good computer literacy with strong internet browsing and online communication skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Substations, Busbar Trunking Systems (BBT), Transformers, Distribution Boards, Solar Systems, and other power solutions.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue objectives.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and EPC contractors through regular meetings and business visits.

• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share.

• Lead and manage the sales team by providing guidance, motivation, and performance monitoring.

• Take full ownership of the sales department and ensure smooth execution of sales operations.

• Strengthen brand awareness and establish the company's presence within assigned territories.

• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and business reports.

• Assess the training needs of the sales team and coordinate appropriate development initiatives.

• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms effectively to maximize business opportunities.

• Prepare sales forecasts, monitor market trends, and provide regular performance updates to management.
