Strategic & Managerial Leadership

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies, and SOPs that align with organizational and compliance requirements.

• Supervise the Security In-Charge, supervisors, and the entire security team to ensure consistent application of security protocols.

• Oversee incident management, ensuring prompt response, thorough investigation, and proper documentation of all security incidents.

• Lead security audits and propose improvements based on audit results.

Operational Oversight

• Ensure smooth functioning of gate control operations, including visitor access, worker movement, vehicle entry/exit, and goods verification.

• Monitor and review CCTV and electronic security systems, initiating upgrades when needed.

• Establish a 24/7 monitoring structure for all security posts and conduct regular inspections to maintain discipline and vigilance.

• Manage ID card issuance, access control systems, and key management processes.

• Work with HR and Administration to support discipline control, reduce absenteeism, and manage crowds during shift changes or events.

Compliance & Safety Alignment

• Ensure compliance with RSC/Accord, Fire Safety, and other buyer-specific or certification-related security and emergency requirements.

• Coordinate with Safety and Compliance teams to maintain emergency evacuation plans, fire drills, and crisis management procedures.

• Maintain effective communication with local law enforcement, industrial police, and fire service authorities for safety coordination.

People & Resource Management

• Train and lead security personnel to enhance professionalism, alertness, and ethical conduct.

• Oversee third-party security service providers, ensuring high-quality service and accountability.

• Prepare security performance reports, manpower planning, and cost assessments for management review.

• Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and storage of security equipment, vehicles, and communication devices.

Crisis & VIP Management

• Lead crisis response efforts during emergencies such as fires, unrest, or natural disasters.

• Plan and manage VIP movement and close protection arrangements during buyer visits, audits, and high-level management events.
