Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a company, hospital, hotel, café, or restaurant.

Proven ability to manage and control kitchen inventory effectively.

Skilled in planning and developing standardized patient meal menus based on nutritional requirements.

Strong understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and dietary nutrition standards.

Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
