Entrust Group is a rapidly growing, 100% export-oriented woven-bottom garment manufacturer, delivering high-quality products and innovative solutions to globally recognized brands. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our team. This role involves assisting senior merchandisers in managing buyer communications, product development, and order execution to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in addressing buyer queries regarding product specifications, samples, and production status, maintaining professional communication under the guidance of senior merchandisers.

• Support sample development (development, size set, fit, and pre-production) and coordinate with design and technical teams to incorporate buyer feedback for timely resubmission.

• Help prepare and update the Time & Action (TNA) documents for each order and track daily progress on fabric bookings, trims, and sample approvals.

• Monitor fabric, trims, and accessory orders with suppliers and mills, ensuring accurate booking and on-time delivery.

• Maintain communication with production units (cutting, sewing, finishing, packing) to track order status and escalate issues as needed.

• Assist in preparing order sheets, costing sheets, purchase orders, and shipment tracking reports while maintaining accurate records for audits and buyer inspections.

• Support shipment planning by coordinating schedules, packing lists, carton markings, and liaising with logistics and commercial teams.

• Help senior merchandisers prepare initial costing sheets, fabric consumption calculations, and trim costing, while gaining basic negotiation skills with suppliers.

• Conduct market research on fabrics, trims, and competitor products to support product development and pricing decisions.

• Collaborate with QA/QC, commercial teams, and production units to ensure smooth order execution according to buyer requirements.

• Maintain organized records of communications (emails, approvals, purchase orders, comments) and update reports on order status, approvals, and shipment plans.

• Assist in resolving minor production or quality issues and escalate significant concerns to senior merchandisers.

• Ensure order execution aligns with the Time & Action Plan (TNA) to meet shipment deadlines and buyer expectations.

• Perform any additional merchandising or order-related tasks as assigned by management.
