Jr. Programmer / Support Engineer

Develop, debug, and maintain Hospital Management System (HMS) modules covering patient registration, OPD/IPD, billing, pharmacy, laboratory/LIS, and reporting.

Build and customize web-based applications using Oracle APEX and JavaScript.

Provide production support for live HMS systems by troubleshooting incidents, resolving data/reporting discrepancies, and meeting defined SLAs.

Support integrations between HMS, laboratory/diagnostic equipment, LIS/ASTM interfaces, biometric systems, and other third-party platforms where required.

Analyze existing systems and contribute to the design and development of new hospital application modules.

Translate hospital business requirements into application designs, prototypes, and functional solutions.

Develop user interfaces that support clinical and administrative workflows effectively.

Participate in Agile development activities, including system design, coding, testing, and defect identification.

Provide rotational or on-call technical support for critical hospital systems to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted patient-care operations.
