Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in IT support, system administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills:

Familiarity with database management systems and cloud platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

Reports to: Principal / HR & Administration Department
Job Purpose:
The IT Officer is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the institution’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the efficient operation of all technology systems, and providing technical support to students, faculty, and staff to enhance both academic and administrative functions.
Working Conditions:

Full-time role, with occasional on-call duties during emergencies or major events.

May involve physical tasks such as installing or maintaining IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Implement and manage the DIC ERP system (SaaS – Smart Edu).

Maintain the DIC website.
-
Oversee all CC cameras and campus-wide internet services.
-
Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Plus) with quality content, design, and video production.

Maintain the DIC Wikipedia page.

Store and manage all student data in the EIMS system administered by Desh Universal Ltd.

Send SMS notifications to students and guardians.

Provide IT support to all employees and students.

Manage email services, printing, internet access, and related IT functions.

Perform professional video editing.

Maintain effective communication with the Head Office, employees, students, and external clients.

Prepare and complete student ESIF and EFF forms (registration and form fill-up), in coordination with teachers.

Design banners, cards, festoons, news advertisements, and similar materials.
-
Ensure adherence to IT policies and compliance standards.
-
Provide HR and administrative support.

Assist with recruitment processes.
