IT & Computer Hardware Engineer/ Technician

• Strong knowledge of PC/laptop hardware assembly and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in software and OS installation (Windows, MS Office, antivirus, etc.).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Junior/Semi-Senior IT & Computer Hardware Technician to support the organization's daily IT operations. The role involves assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, installing operating systems and software, configuring printers, and ensuring reliable internet and telephone connectivity. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of LAN configuration, server connectivity, and general IT infrastructure support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installed, configured, and troubleshot computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Installed, upgraded, and maintained Windows/Linux operating systems and application software.
• Set up and maintained printers, scanners, CCTV systems, and other office IT equipment.
• Configured and troubleshot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, telephone networks, routers, and basic firewall settings.
• Performed routine maintenance, system health checks, and provided timely technical support to end users.
• Assisted with data backups, basic server connectivity, and entry-level network administration.
• Maintained IT asset records, installation documentation, and troubleshooting logs.
