Full-Stack Software Developer

✔ Age: 25 to 40 years.

✔ Strong proficiency in Python and Django for backend application development.

✔ Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, including Next.js, React.js, or Vue.js.

✔ Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly MySQL and PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization.

✔ Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.

✔ Good understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive web design, and cross-browser compatibility.

✔ Proficiency in Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.

✔ Familiarity with software development best practices, code optimization, debugging, and performance tuning.

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

✔ Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management abilities.

✔ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Experience with cloud deployment platforms such as AWS or DigitalOcean will be considered an advantage.

✔ Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices will be a plus.

✔ Experience developing enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRM, POS, or SaaS platforms will receive preference.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies, database management, and SaaS application development while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design, develop, and maintain ERP, POS, HRM, CRM, and other enterprise SaaS applications.

✔ Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.

✔ Build modern frontend modules using React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.

✔ Develop secure and scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

✔ Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

✔ Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across both frontend and backend environments.

✔ Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across the frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.

✔ Design, manage, and optimize MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and secure data handling.

✔ Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

✔ Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes, coding standards, and software quality.

✔ Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product managers, and clients to deliver high-quality software solutions.

✔ Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

✔ Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and software development best practices to continuously improve technical capabilities.

✔ Perform any other software development or technical responsibilities assigned by the Management.
