We are seeking a highly motivated Factory Manager who can oversee overall factory operations, production planning, workforce management, quality assurance, inventory control, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and experience in manufacturing environments.

✔ Manage overall factory production and daily operational activities.

✔ Develop and implement production plans to meet organizational targets.

✔ Monitor productivity, quality standards, and production efficiency.

✔ Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and workplace regulations.

✔ Supervise production supervisors, technicians, and factory employees.

✔ Coordinate with Procurement, Commercial, HR, and Maintenance departments for uninterrupted operations.

✔ Monitor raw material consumption and inventory utilization.

✔ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

✔ Identify operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

✔ Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and production equipment.

✔ Maintain workplace discipline, cleanliness, and occupational health & safety standards.

✔ Optimize production costs while maintaining product quality.
