Maximum age limit of 32 years.

Hands-on experience in woven garment manufacturing is mandatory.

3–4 years of progressive experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably in woven bottom apparel units.

Strong expertise in line balancing, time and motion studies, SMV calculation, and application of Lean methodologies.

Excellent analytical skills with strong coordination ability and a demonstrated capability to train and motivate production teams.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure production environment.
