Ensure the smooth day-to-day administration of factories, offices, and project sites.
Develop, review, and enhance administrative SOPs to achieve cost efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of administrative expenditures and support budgeting and financial reporting.
Lead and oversee all security operations across factories, offices, and related facilities.
Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and protocols to safeguard company assets, employees, and visitors.
Train, supervise, and motivate security personnel to ensure professionalism, vigilance, and integrity.
Conduct security audits and recommend improvements in line with buyer requirements, C-TPAT, and GSV standards.
Maintain effective liaison with local law enforcement and authorities, including Police, Industrial Police, BGMEA, DIFE, RAB, Fire Service, and Civil Defense.
Plan, schedule, and monitor transportation operations; develop and implement transport-related policies.
Control and optimize fuel usage and transport costs through detailed monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis.
Manage VIP movements, close protection measures, and hospitality arrangements during buyer visits, audits, and official programs.
Lead crisis management during emergencies such as fire incidents, labor unrest, or natural disasters.
Ensure workplace health, sanitation, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
Support management in ensuring compliance with buyers’ Codes of Conduct and factory security requirements.
