Requirements

• Age: 18–32 years.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a polite and professional manner.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on the company's Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in software applications, websites, and Microsoft Excel.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through social media pages and inboxes.

• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and appropriate assistance.

• Keep social media content, product information, and customer records up to date.

• Verify the accuracy and consistency of all data before submission or updating.

• Prepare daily or weekly work reports as required by the management.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned in accordance with the company's policies and operational requirements.
